Our Stylists, estheticians and technicians are trained to prescribe products and home care regimens suited for your individual needs. They would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the products. At Affinity, our services are always guaranteed. Your cut is guaranteed for two weeks, your color is guaranteed for one week, and your permanent wave service is guaranteed for one month.

If you have an allergic reaction to any product you have purchased at Affinity, please return the product to the salon within 10 days and consult with the stylist who recommended it to you. We will be happy to exchange it for a product more suitable for your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24-hour notice.

As a courtesy to all guests, children are welcome with appointments only. Also cellular phones and children are not permitted in the spa at any time.

Gift cards: You have the option to order gift cards from our website. To purchase a gift card you must provide contact information such as your name and shipping address, as well as financial information such as a credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your gift card request. If we have difficulty processing your request, we will use this information to contact you.

The third parties that support text messaging and gift card fulfillment do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your service needs.
